Most Slovaks, but also vacationers from other countries, choose their summer vacation from tour operators and from their offers.  An organized holiday suits many holidaymakers; they do not have to deal with anything other than booking the trip, preparing for a trip and packing suitcases. But they do not realize limitations which they relate to that. The precise arrival and departure, one location with fewer trips to surroundings and some even need to mention challenging journey by bus or lengthy formalities and waiting at the airport.

There is never too late or too early to study. And for studying different languages it applies twice. Some people think that language courses are only for young students. All depends on what is the reason you would like to study a different language and in which scope the foreign language you will use the most, e.g. translation and interpretation, business English and more. You can choose the start date of your study, or even the time of the year. Some people like to study in winter time in a hot country like for instance South Africa, Florida, New Zealand or even Mexico. The best thing about studying overseas is that after school you can enjoy the city or the beach so some people associate it with a vacation, not mentioning meeting people and making maybe new business contacts with people from all over the world

I have decided to go on a vacation on my motorbike. I left my job, as this kind of vacation requires more than regular two weeks.  I know people are a little bit scared of motorbikes, especially when a woman drives it, but I have always wanted to do that since I was a little girl. Somehow, I was a type of a girl who did not like the dolls or dressing up, playing mommies, but I liked fast cars, motorbikes and my favorite colors were blue and green. So I made a complete plan of my journey. I made plan A and also plan B – there’s got to be. The weather forecast could not stop me, although I did plan to start my journey in June, so I was pretty sure it is going to be good.  I was hoping my motorbike will not go back on me. I bought some important things for my journey and I was ready to go. I made a plan that when I will be tired of driving, I will find a nice Bed&Breakfast and stay for couple of nights to get new energy. I was very lucky over the years, as I have met many people, with many of them became very good friends and we stayed in touch.  I did not have an aim. I figured out I will know when I will be there. 

I have ever never been to Croatia. It is very strange as it is the closest holiday destination with beaches to my home. There are many travel agencies who offers great apartments in Croatia. I do not know why I never went, but from what she has been telling me about their country, it is definitely one of the “must see” places. From my friend I learned that Croats are very warm and kind people who will gladly welcome you at their home and look after you as you are a part of their family.
